Adjusted Plan for Garden Hybrid Laneway House.
While creating the online version for the Laneway House we decided to move some rooms around to have what we found would be a better benefit to the house.
First we felt we should expand the shelf lounge area since we found it would create a more comfortable environment for one and easier access. Next we switched corners of the laundry room and the office room with the stairs so that it would open up the main room of the laneway house.

UPDATE
Hello folks!
Today we are (finally) finishing our virtual models, and transitioning onto the physical model. With only four more class days left, the pressures on and we're starting full-grind mode. The final images of the main house, floor 1 will be published soon, and I'm starting the laneway house model now. Only days before we will present our final master piece, stay tuned!

Adjusted Plans Update for bottom level of The Garden Hybrid House.
Throughout building the 3D prototype of The Garden Hybrid we chose to make some alterations to benefit the house more than the original sketch.
For the bottom floor we chose to switch the Formal eating room and the living room. At first we placed the living room in the same room as the kitchen, so we thought it would better be a quicker access for food when traveling from the kitchen to the formal and informal area if it was all in the same shipping container now. Plus for it to be more peaceful for the living room to be in a different area then the cooking area.

sketchup Distriptions
These crates we've measured with 1 of them being the farthest crate with a length of 72ft and the two side crates of the inside are 56 ft with the width of 16 ft then the height of 5.6ft, we've created them with these measurements so everything can be organized with our architect.
